1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdMind ("the Service"), operated by AdMind Solutions at admindsolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those in the alpha and beta phases of the product.
2. Description of Service
AdMind is an AI-powered Google Ads intelligence platform that connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API, syncs your campaign data, and provides performance analysis, anomaly detection, keyword recommendations, and AI-generated insights through Anthropic's Claude API.
The Service is currently in an early access (alpha) phase. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime or feature completeness during this phase.

4. Google Ads Integration
To use the Service, you must grant AdMind read access to your Google Ads account via Google OAuth. By doing so, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to authorise access to the Google Ads accounts you connect.
- You understand that AdMind will sync your campaign, keyword, and performance data on a daily schedule.
- You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings or via the AdMind Settings page.
AdMind operates in read-only mode during the current phase. No changes will be made to your Google Ads campaigns, budgets, or settings without your explicit action.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
- Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that causes excessive load.
- Resell, sublicence, or commercially redistribute AdMind's outputs without our written consent.
- Connect Google Ads accounts for which you do not have authorisation.
6. AI-Generated Content
AdMind uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis, recommendations, and insights based on your Google Ads data. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advertising advice.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AdMind's outputs.
- AdMind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific situation.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AdMind, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by AdMind Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Google Ads data. You grant AdMind a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMind Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@virinsights.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the AdMind dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
