AdMind ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered Google Ads intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our service at admindsolutions.com. By using AdMind, you agree to the practices described here.

• Campaign names, statuses, budgets, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Ad group and keyword data including Quality Scores, match types, and bid information
• Search term reports (anonymised query-level data)
• Impression share and auction insights data
• Historical performance data used for trend analysis and anomaly detection

We sync this data on a daily schedule and store it in our database to power your dashboard, AI analysis, and recommendations.

• Dashboard & Reporting — display your campaign performance, trends, and budget pacing in your AdMind dashboard.
• AI Analysis & Recommendations — your Google Ads data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate insights, anomaly alerts, keyword recommendations, and budget analysis. Data sent to Anthropic is used solely for inference and is not used to train AI models.
• Anomaly Detection — we analyse your historical data to detect unusual changes in spend, conversions, or CTR and alert you.
• Account Health Scoring — we grade your account structure, keyword Quality Scores, and ad coverage to surface optimisation opportunities.

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising purposes, or use it for any purpose beyond providing the AdMind service to you.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on DigitalOcean in the US region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect your data. OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely and used only to make authorised API calls on your behalf.

We do not store the contents of your Google Ads creatives (ad copy images or video assets).

We retain your Google Ads performance data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Google Ads account or delete your AdMind account, your synced data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us (see Section 8).

AdMind requests the following Google OAuth scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — read access to your Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and performance data.

We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the service. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.

AdMind's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Disconnect — you can disconnect your Google Ads account from AdMind at any time via Settings. This revokes our access immediately.
• Delete your account — contact us to delete your AdMind account and all associated data.
• Data export — contact us to request a copy of your stored data.
• Revoke Google access — you can revoke AdMind's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the AdMind dashboard. Continued use of AdMind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
